Christine Loh spent spent 14 years in the commercial world before becoming a member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council. She chose to retire from front-line politics in 2000 to set up a non-profit public policy think tank, Civic Exchange. She has written and edited books on Hong Kong politics, democratic practices, and SARS. She is also an experienced facilitator on public policy issues. In this interview, Chistine Loh talks about how this intellectual and philosophical think tank can help to effect change.
